  This is ONLY development version, however it can be considered stable for
use, it is not fully functional as it should be. I'm releasing this version
only because i currently have not much time to continue development of this
and i don't want this little project gets lost.

  The ui-part is only in alfa stage. I' know what it should do and how, but
time (& my lazyness) is my enemy :)

  Whole package is in alpha stage, with no instalation routines, without
	configuration etc...

INSTALATION REQUIREMENTS:
	perl
	DBI (+ module for database)
	Locale	(should be removed, as optional only)
	Text-Tokenizer (currently not realy needed - but i want if use for 
				config file parsing)

  ui module, requires:
	CGI::Application
	XML::LibXML
